Instead of the normal three-hour pick up/delivery window that we provide you, we will schedule you a more specific ONE-hour window within your Date/Time selection. This means less time that you need to wait in your room for us.
There are often a few days and times that are in high demand for pick up and delivery. Preferred Date/Time selections will be offered first to all PLUS customers before non-PLUS customers.
PLUS customers will receive the opportunity to increase their maximum coverage to a total of $2000.
This provides you with a direct number (without touch-tone prompts) that directly gets you in touch with a customer service specialist. If we miss you and you leave a message you'll be first to receive a call back.
PLUS customers who order the Total Solution will receive an additional roll of packing tape for FREE and PLUS customers who order individual Standard Boxes will receive one FREE roll of packing tape.
When Delivery Dates/Times are published in the summer you'll be the first to know; this means you'll be one of the first to register for a date/time that works best for you before the time becomes fully booked.
With our voice message and call-back system you can call us 24/7. When representatives are busy serving other customers or our offices are closed, just leave us a voicemail with your questions. Our inboxes are constantly monitored by our support team who will review your voicemail, obtain answers to your questions and return your call with all of the information you requested; this means you don’t have to wait on hold or call us during specified times.
