With Campus Carriers PLUS added to your reservation you'll receive all of these additional benefits:

1. One-hour pick up/delivery windows

Instead of the normal three-hour pick up/delivery window that we provide you, we will schedule you a more specific ONE-hour window within your Date/Time selection. This means less time that you need to wait in your room for us.

2. Preferred date/time selections

There are often a few days and times that are in high demand for pick up and delivery. If there are any preferred Date/Time selections, they will be offered first to all PLUS customers.

3. Increased maximum insurance

PLUS customers will receive the opportunity to increase their maximum coverage to a total of $2000.

4. Priority phone and e-mail support

This provides you with a direct number (without touch-tone prompts) that directly gets you in touch with a customer service specialist. If we miss you and you leave a message you'll be first to receive a call back.

5. Additional packing supplies

PLUS customers who order the Five Box Starter package will receive an additional roll of packing tape for FREE and PLUS customers who order individual Boxes will receive one FREE roll of packing tape.

Important information regarding SCAD Move-out 2020

In light of the early move-out plan and all classes moving to on-line only for the Spring Quarter, Campus Carriers has made several options available.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE. THERE IS ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOX AND TAPE DISTRIBUTION TOWARDS THE BOTTOM.

- For those seeking pick up in May - Students who will remain on campus (or belongings will remain on campus) for the duration of the Spring Quarter and are looking for pickup service in May should place their reservation as a normal and choose the End of Spring Quarter Pickup (in May) Pick Up Option. Existing customers can login to make this selection. Additional material distribution dates (boxes and tape) will be made available in May for these customers.

Post-Pickup

Campus Carriers over the last few years has worked with Savannah College of Art and Design to accommodate students with Full-Service Moving and Summer Storage by way of our Post-Pickup option.

Post-Pickup is the option of having your belongings picked up AFTER you checkout of your residence hall and return home. Campus Carriers will work with Residence Life to access rooms and retrieve student belongings after checkout. This means that you will NOT have to wait on Campus Carriers staff to get your belongings picked up but instead, you will prepare your items for pick up at your leisure and AFTER you checkout of your residence hall, Campus Carriers staff will enter your old room to get your items.

Those that take advantage of Post-Pickup will NOT need to be present for a specific Pick Up Date and Time and will simply need to follow the necessary steps and preparation instructions for Post-Pickup prior to checking out of their residence hall.

Customers will have the opportunity to select Post-Pickup service as part of the reservation process. Existing customers can login to make this selection.

A Note regarding Material Distribution and students requiring corrugated boxes and packing tape:

IMPORTANT: If you're checking out of your room prior to the start of distribution on Monday, March 16, you can elect to use Plastic Bins instead of Campus Carriers boxes to pack your belongings. You can obtain standard plastics bins and tops from local retailers (Walmart, Target, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc) that are sturdy and secure. All plastic bins must be covered with the top that comes with the plastic bin. Your packed plastic bins MUST NOT exceed 50 lbs each. We do not recommend plastic bins that exceed 25 gallons in volume. If you choose to use Plastic Bins you should make your reservation or adjust your reservation to be for Plastic Bins instead of Boxes.

A Note regarding Customer Service and Alternate Accommodations

The services detailed above are the current extent of all services being provided by Campus Carriers at this time. Any specific or custom accommodations can not be made at this time.

Customer Service by Phone remains LIMITED due to the extreme increase in call volume. Customers should direct any specific questions by contacting us here and should expect a slightly delayed response. Mass communications will be made via e-mail to all Campus Carriers customers in an effort to keep everyone informed.
