1. One-hour pick up/delivery windows

Instead of the normal three-hour pick up/delivery window that we provide you, we will schedule you a more specific ONE-hour window within your Date/Time selection. This means less time that you need to wait in your room for us.

2. Preferred date/time selections

There are often a few days and times that are in high demand for pick up and delivery. Preferred Date/Time selections will be offered first to all PLUS customers before non-PLUS customers.

3. Increased maximum insurance

PLUS customers will receive the opportunity to increase their maximum coverage to a total of $2000.

4. Priority phone and e-mail support

This provides you with a direct number (without touch-tone prompts) that directly gets you in touch with a customer service specialist. If we miss you and you leave a message you'll be first to receive a call back.

5. Additional packing supplies

PLUS customers who order the Total Solution will receive an additional roll of packing tape for FREE and PLUS customers who order individual Standard Boxes will receive one FREE roll of packing tape.

6. Advanced delivery date/time selection

When Delivery Dates/Times are published in the summer you'll be the first to know; this means you'll be one of the first to register for a date/time that works best for you before the time becomes fully booked.

About Us

How We Got Started

Campus Carriers was born from the idea that move-out and summer storage on university campuses can and should be easier. If you ask any student or parent what their least favorite part of the end and the beginning of the school year is, it is often how frustrating climbing up and down stairs, fighting for elevators and parking is during these times. It were these frustrations that inspired Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech alumni to found Campus Carriers in 2009. For the last nine years we’ve developed and improved on the services offered in our inaugural year. Year after year we've improved and streamlined our logistics, move-out, summer storage and move-in procedures.

How We Compare

People often ask how we are different from a traditional moving or storage company. The difference as we see it is our capability and flexibility. Others claiming to do what we do typically contract service to traditional moving companies with very different business models. We don’t take a whole day moving you out of your residence hall like they do with whole-house moves, we are quick and efficient in getting the job done without any hassle to you. We avoid fitting you into a cookie-cutter “our way or the highway” mentality and work with you to make our service the most convenient it can be.
